What should I bring on a tour?

What is your cancellation policy?
Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before the tour: Full refund
- Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the tour: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund
In case of extreme weather conditions, we may reschedule the tour or provide a full refund. Please check individual tour listings as some specialty tours may have different cancellation policies.

Most of our regular tours are conducted in English. However, we can arrange guided tours in the following languages with advance notice:
